Notable achievements include his involvement in significant corporate finance and Private Equity deals, his role as a lecturer at esteemed universities, being a valued advisor to German high-tech companies, and his leadership positions in accounting and private educational institutions.

Astan’s core strategy of investment growth is in the field of acquisitions. Since 2019 and to date, Astan has acquired +10 companies into his holdings group under different deal structures, with 2 entities having been merged, grown and sold for a return of at least 2.5x.

Residential

Our residential real estate investment strategy involves identifying properties in strong real estate markets that are already generating positive cash flow. We hold onto these properties as long-term rentals, continuing to generate steady cash flow

Commercial

Our commercial real estate investment strategy involves finding opportunities to acquire commercial properties that are already generating positive cash flow. We target properties with strong tenants and long-term tenancy contracts, that have strong potential for rent growth and capital appreciation.

Short-Term Rentals

In addition to our long-term residential and commercial properties, we also invest in short-term rental properties that are generating positive cash flow. These properties are often located in popular vacation destinations and are rented out on a nightly or weekly basis to tourists. We use sophisticated pricing algorithms to maximize occupancy and revenue for these properties.

Location & Regional Strategy

Our investment strategy focuses on identifying opportunities in specific regions and countries that we believe have strong real estate markets. Currently, we are focused on the United Kingdom (North West) and Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Faro). These areas have shown consistent growth in property values and rental demand, making them attractive locations for us to invest in. We are always on the lookout for new opportunities and may expand our investments into other countries in the future as we continue to grow our portfolio.
